IQAC Minutes of Meeting:

Today September 26, 2017, the meeting of External body of IQAC was held at 03:00 pm. All the members of the IQAC External Body took part in the meeting. The below mentioned points were discussed and the decisions were taken:

  1. Dr. Anita Shankar, the IQAC Co-ordinator read out the Minutes of last meeting.
  2. Shri Suresh Lal ji suggested using the soil-testing setup of Department of Chemistry for agricultural benefits of the farmers of nearby areas.
  3. Dr. R.N. Singh, Principal of the college informed the committee about the assigning of one Mentor on every 100 students.
  4. It was also decided to organise a meeting with the industrialists for placement purpose.
  5. Shri Suresh Lal ji suggested organising entrepreneurship workshops based on GST.
  6. Dr. Susheel Tiwari suggested introducing a compulsory paper on GST for both B.Com and M.Com students.
  7. Dr. R.K. Shrivastav advised to fill the mobile numbers of the students in the Feedback forms.
  8. He also suggested making of analysis groups to analyse the Feedbacks and for their follow-up.
  9. Dr. Susheel Tiwari spoke on many points including:
  • The website should be updated daily.
  • The library should be updated.
  • The data of the Adopted Village should be properly handled and kept safe.
  • All the activities of the college should be focused on the mission and vision of the college.
  • Students enrolment data should be updated category-wise (SC, ST, OBC etc)
  • Attendance profiles should be made highlighting the below 50% and above 50 % attendance.
  • He also discussed on how to improve the attendance of the below 50% attendance.
  • Data analysis is a must.
  1. Shri R.K. Shrivastav advised for some points to be followed for NAAC:
  • He emphasised that NAAC preparation is a team work.
  • Each and every individual in the institution has equal responsibility.
  • Every individual of the institution should be present in the NAAC meeting.
  • The works/responsibilities should be decentralised.
  • One-one professor from every department should be made a member of the IQAC.
